The Brand is in a nice sweet spot for the select service category: larger rooms, simple, modern, and relaxing atmosphere catering to business travelers.
Cons
All the fun of the hospitality industry in general: Stagnant wages, labor shortages, wearing of too many hats per position, an ever increasing number of computer systems required yet ever decreasing support for them. Nothing unique to the brand, but not free from the industry wide concerns either.
