      Independent work, quiet nights, steady work flow, never bored, interact with limited guests at the end of shift.

      Cons

      Not knowing the rest of the staff, having staff meetings during 'sleeping hours' which makes it hard to attend, very limited contact with other workers.

      1$ raise every year. funny guests. Free stays at hotels sometimes.

      Cons

      Favoritism. My hours were cut to bits for no reason. I had to work every holiday because i didnt have kids lol
