Pros

Great and friendly team Greta atmosphere.

Cons

The job description at bottom states -other projects such as calling outbound. Despite being at the bottom this is the reality of the job. You call people maybe 100+ a day to sell them a in home service. It’s 100% sales job but no commission. You must sell 12 “bookings” (sales per day). Calls all day and management stays on you if you fall short of 12 per day. People you call can be rude which you can imagine being a sales job. These patients you call don’t even know who you are half the time.

Pros

Starting pay was good and perks were offered (meal card during travel).

Cons

A nurse who facilitates orientations in Orlando Florida lied on me and terminated me. I believe it was backlash due to my survey answers at the end of orientation. In my survey answers, I stated that “all personality types should be welcomed and invited”. I was very side casted, and was not treated with the same respect as the rest of the New employees. The facilitator would look at the other new employees whenever I spoke, they would all look at each other. It felt like I was in high school, and the teacher were siding in with the bullies. A phlebotomist in Detroit also lied on me, to the same nurse that lives in Florida. This phlebotomist did not practice safe hygiene, (wearing gloves) and I mentioned this to the nurse and nothing was done about it. A gentleman (who I believe is the CEO) and the Florida nurse terminated me via Zoom. It was very humiliating and distasteful. they did not hear me out. He immediately agreed and believed everything She said! she is very dishonest, spiteful, but I believe in “you reap what you sow”. ** There were other few unprofessional things that took place in the two weeks of my employment: 1.For the initial interview, the interviewer was about 45 minutes late. 2. My start date was changed at the last minute -forcing me to abort my two week notice and causing me to NOT be eligible for rehire with the job prior to sprinter health.
