      Good pay and reasonable benefits. Some departments are good to work for. Depends on supervisors.

      Cons

      Poor relations with middle management and caregivers. Difficulty with lateral job pursuance, in part to union contract language. EPIC EMR system purchased compromised patient care with massive budget cutting.

      Poor middle management, culture is wrecked by layoffs so people are scared to speak up, many leaders are poorly qualified, people are so stuck in their ways that they are not willing to make positive change
