      Caring and dedicated staff. Beautiful location. No competition to speak of. Once was one of the best places in Oregon to work.

      Cons

      Very little leadership at any level. C level staff in constant turf wars. No long term plans for the future.

      Very flexible and easy job

      Poor middle management, culture is wrecked by layoffs so people are scared to speak up, many leaders are poorly qualified, people are so stuck in their ways that they are not willing to make positive change
