      The job security is nice.

      St Charles has a huge staffing issue. They continue to over work employees and don’t have a very large amount of interest in active recruiting and listening to the unions in place.

      Poor middle management, culture is wrecked by layoffs so people are scared to speak up, many leaders are poorly qualified, people are so stuck in their ways that they are not willing to make positive change
