Not great business management, they need competition. People who do the work dont get credit. Instead the loudest people take it. The IT dept is too powerful and tries to have technology drive business decisions instead of supporting business decisions benefiting the org There is a lot of nepotism, and a lot of politics. Way too many high paid execs and they often cant/wont agree with one another, so not much gets done as efficiently as it should
