      Patients are very nice, as are majority of the staff

      Cons

      Management does not care about what their staff has issues with, or what recommendations the staff has. There is a very clear divide between the staff and management

      Very flexible and easy job

      Cons

      Poor middle management, culture is wrecked by layoffs so people are scared to speak up, many leaders are poorly qualified, people are so stuck in their ways that they are not willing to make positive change
