      Good training when it was positive not negative.It was the best.The pay is ok.The paitents we’re wonderful.

      Cons

      Toxic environment I can handle constructive criticism but not when it was rude I was in training.Felt like jr high gossiping about other coworkers ,snapping,negative comments.

      Very flexible and easy job

      Cons

      Poor middle management, culture is wrecked by layoffs so people are scared to speak up, many leaders are poorly qualified, people are so stuck in their ways that they are not willing to make positive change
