      Since I’ve started I’d say that 90% of my coworkers either don’t acknowledge me or try to have a power trip over me. The majority of my coworkers are just not nice. I don't receive help. I believe I've been singled out for reasons unknown to me.

      Very flexible and easy job

      Cons

      Poor middle management, culture is wrecked by layoffs so people are scared to speak up, many leaders are poorly qualified, people are so stuck in their ways that they are not willing to make positive change
