Certain jobs could never really enjoy any of the fun perks like ice cream socials, or say departmental meetings. Burnout. They love putting people on 'levels' to make sure they are out of the bonus pool. NO advancement unless someone left a specific position (which happened ONCE in five years working there). To get out of certain areas you had to be a nurse or have other super specialized training. You can watch productivity fall month after month and all you get is "Well, do better because you're not getting help" Slackers are never ever made accountable. (PRO for you slackers)
