Good pay with frequent raises. Excellent training program and continued education to ensure competent staff. Gainshare program. Friendly folks!
Cons
Very unethical HR department and management team. St. E says they have zero tolerance for retaliation , bullying etc, however they are the guilty ones as we have seen so many top notch employees terminated. St. Elizabeth has lost that " family" feeling it always had.
