Pros
Lots of respiratory driven protocols and involved in patients care directly with physicians and other staff. Great team work for best possible outcomes for patients.
Cons
Some toxic attitudes in leadership and how people are promoted to new positions seem to be skewed. Benefits could stand to be improved upon and overall salary is not competitive with other area hospitals anymore.
