Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. It is very important to our continuous improvement efforts. While some of your experiences at St .John's did not meet your wishes, we are pleased that you report on some of the positive aspects of working here. You may be happy to learn that we are making a significant investment in education for our managers including small homes training, leadership skills, and interview/selection skills. In addition, I can report that numerous positions are filled by internal transfers and promotions every month. And we do our best to accommodate all time off requests, providing a generous PTO benefit, while balancing the needs of our residents as our first priority.
