Pros
My director was approachable. The place was not "fire happy." Many people had been there for many many years. It had a nice family environment. I felt overall my coworkers were good at what they did. The house supervisors were great. I was encouraged to grow in my career.
Cons
Our work load increased after a "staffing study" was done. I felt there was no way to argue the "study." We lost help and that was very frustrating. Sometimes I think people were not held accountable enough.
