You must work 1 full hour and then take a mandatory 10 min break which is timed and reported. If you go over the limit a full report is made which you must explain why you went over. Then your forced to be on your feet for the rest of the shift.You are not allowed to have 2 days off in a row. For what ever reason your just not allowed. Just getting days off is a ridiculous battle. You must turn your phone off so they can't try an change the schedule last second.
