Pros
If you have some spare time you're willing to kill or nothing to do at all, this is good for what it is. Hours are flexible, pay is decent for doing nothing.
Cons
Never seen a raise, management is poor and never at the office, you get treated like crap, there are more productive ways to spend your hours rather than standing for 8-10 hours in an empty room.
