Pros
The only pro to this job is that they hire anyone and they push you through the hiring process in a day or two.
Cons
They state they pay based on experience but it goes by the location that you are working. Limited pay(the best paying site that I worked was 10.50/hour). No chance for pay raises unless you get promoted to a supervisor position. They don't tell people that during training they only make minimum wage. They charge a uniform rental fee every pay period no matter how long you work there. Until you get put at a site permanently they will sending you to multiple sites as a on call employee to cover call offs. Always have to check your pay stub due to missing hours, didn't pay overtime rate or they pay the wrong pay amount for site. All employees that I have met besides two are using this asite a stepping stone or just as a way to make money until their other career paths can be reached.
