OT opportunities and variety of work locations. Flex officer positions that pay a couple dollars more if you’re willing to work anywhere at anytime.
Cons
Pay changes based on site. Company will keep bad employees just to have bodies, regardless of peer complaints. Problems would get fixed with a band-aid instead of just replacing equipment. Field Supervisors would get stuck at a site when other sites had call-offs. You will get asked to double out while you are already working. You get called at any time while you’re off work and asked to cover shifts, even while sleeping after getting off your last shift 3 hours ago.
