Decent Job hindered by a client contract - Shift Lead St. Moritz Security Employee Review

If someone calls out sick, you will be expected to cover shifts and potentially work a double-shift. This happened a few times a month, but the Site Supervisor did his best to minimize double-shifts. Only happened a handful of times while I was there.
