I don’t have pros. I think the ancillary RN staff and floor nurses get treated poorly by admin!

Cons

They have been terrible with merging hospitals and long term staff have been treated very poorly. They ask you to do weekly check ins, when you mention this they don’t want to hear it. Live the values you preach!
