Admin prevents physicians from giving the best care. Admin does a poor job with attracting and keeping the best talent- poor, mediocre and new people are the only ones who put up with the drama, low pay, low PTO, overworked hours, poor work life balance, and absolutely zero incentive to make a career out of working for SPH. People are paying double, with sign on and retention bonuses all over the country for jobs in invasive Cardiology.
