Pros
I have a ton of great things to say about StaffBuffalo and I think the easiest way to lay it all out is with a list. -Fantastic working environment with really inspirational leaders. -Adequate training and preparation. -Fun team building exercises and events. -Invest in their employees and give them the tools to succeed. -Push their employees to become a part of the community (join boards, networking, etc). -Laidback and casual environment. I actually really enjoyed going into work every day. -I felt that management actually really cared about me as a person. They understood when I had personal issues come up and were there for me every step of the way. -Understanding about time off/work from home and really trust their employees.
Cons
No cons, at all really! I only left for an opportunity that allowed me to work from home full time!
