Overall this isn’t a good environment to be in. Management is very catty when it comes to past employees, clients, and other professionals in the industry. They set unrealistic expectations for employees and make inappropriate comments about which side of Buffalo they should and shouldn’t hire candidates from. Internal growth opportunities are very limited and they have a habit of asking staff to leave 5 star reviews for them online to enhance their chances of being named a top employer.
