Where do I even begin!?? StaffBuffalo is filled with dedicated professionals committed to helping companies and businesses grow within the Buffalo market. The CEO's at StaffBuffalo are incredible, they encourage all employees to be active in the community, build strong relationships with their clients and really take the time to teach and train new employees upon hire. The professional, yet modern, culture at StaffBuffalo is enough reason alone to work here! This is a local company that cares about its employee's and their overall success!!

The location is easy to get to.

Cons

Overall this isn’t a good environment to be in. Management is very catty when it comes to past employees, clients, and other professionals in the industry. They set unrealistic expectations for employees and make inappropriate comments about which side of Buffalo they should and shouldn’t hire candidates from. Internal growth opportunities are very limited and they have a habit of asking staff to leave 5 star reviews for them online to enhance their chances of being named a top employer.
