Everything is a lie, from the moment you are hired to the moment you decide to leave the job that you really love. The management is awful, if you have any concerns due to the cleanliness in the operating room, management will yes you to death and if you continue to complain they will retaliate against you. The state should have come unannounced a few times a year instead during the day. It was expected so every one was in their best behavior of course, everything and everyone was perfect. Everything was sparkling and management were happy. All a big lie. The state should really investigate stamford hospital employees ask them questions on a one to one basis with out their manager being present, that way they are able to feel confortable in being honest with them without feeling that they would be retaliated.
