Pros

It is a paycheck until you swallow your pride to work at a temp service.

Cons

U N I O N will get you F I R E D. You will have health problems from working there. Management once decided to have a mass drug test. Half the employees left at lunch and never came back. Nasty, dangerous work environment where employees are treated worse than dirt. The place needs a union just to show management how to run a machine shop.

They pay weekly and fairly

Cons

They don’t care about there employee you can tell there a New York bas company. I was a temp so long they never offered me a position but alway said how good my work was. I work with an employee who was in the hospital with a very serious condition and they never check on her just asked when she would be back and wouldn’t honor the doctors return to work limitation she is currently battling her condition and stress she’ll have a job, she couldn’t work from home but other employee would work from home due to child care issue. I miss the job but not the company just the people.
