Pros

Large market share. Profitable company.

Cons

Multiple "silos" keep executive management in the dark from what is really happening. Masters at game playing and corporate politics. Customer is not a priority. Majority of corporate employees disgruntled and as a result only put forth a minimum effort. Despite efforts by HR to portray a very fair and inclusive environment, a deeply rooted old-school sexist environment is allowed to flourish.

They pay weekly and fairly

Cons

They don’t care about there employee you can tell there a New York bas company. I was a temp so long they never offered me a position but alway said how good my work was. I work with an employee who was in the hospital with a very serious condition and they never check on her just asked when she would be back and wouldn’t honor the doctors return to work limitation she is currently battling her condition and stress she’ll have a job, she couldn’t work from home but other employee would work from home due to child care issue. I miss the job but not the company just the people.
