Pros

Engineering work could be exciting and challenging. Continually have new projects to work on. New families of parts always being introduced.

Cons

Engineers responsible for everything on projects without ability to get other departments to do their job. Any time ask for help from others looked at as complaining about system. Very old school- 80's frat house mentality in engineering department. Parts and assemblies moving to China and Mexico that are easily outsourced.

They pay weekly and fairly

Cons

They don’t care about there employee you can tell there a New York bas company. I was a temp so long they never offered me a position but alway said how good my work was. I work with an employee who was in the hospital with a very serious condition and they never check on her just asked when she would be back and wouldn’t honor the doctors return to work limitation she is currently battling her condition and stress she’ll have a job, she couldn’t work from home but other employee would work from home due to child care issue. I miss the job but not the company just the people.
