Zero communication, everyone's afraid you might wind up knowing more than they do. No desire to fix problems, tape it up and keep it running. No attention to quality over $100k in scrap produced every month. HR can't keep your pay check correct, can't get your insurance and management asks you to buy parts to repair machines with your own money leaving you to chase down your reimbursement, from HR

They don’t care about there employee you can tell there a New York bas company. I was a temp so long they never offered me a position but alway said how good my work was. I work with an employee who was in the hospital with a very serious condition and they never check on her just asked when she would be back and wouldn’t honor the doctors return to work limitation she is currently battling her condition and stress she’ll have a job, she couldn’t work from home but other employee would work from home due to child care issue. I miss the job but not the company just the people.
