      Pros

      So many great junior staff work there that are very dedicated and committed to their jobs and communities. They dedicate endless hours to the communities they work in.

      Cons

      Management brags when they over manage and let senior staff go. They say that "the new staff is cheaper". There is no career advancement as it is a company only focused on mergers and acquisitions. They also never prompt female engineers to any level above principal.

      Pros

      You will be working with great minds. People have their niches expertise and it’s wonderful to learn from them. Very professional and respectful behavior. Doesn’t feel like other consulting firms where you’re worked like a dog.

      Cons

      Sometimes it’s hard to build consistent work because people tend to hold on to their projects rather than transferring to junior staff and it’s mainly because the pressure to be billable is high.
