Positive, long term growth - Interior Design Coordinator Stantec Employee Review

I have been with Stantec for about five years at two locations. The people are genuinely good people here, and hard workers are recognized and rewarded for the most part. It is an integrated approach to design, so architects, designers, and engineers would side by side. No one works crazy hours on a regular basis like some other firms and there is very limited drama. We have regular office happy hours and events, and Stantec supports organizations and events that employees want to be a part of. It is also easy to transfer between office locations and specialties because of the size of the firm.
