Pros
Excellent coworkers with a wide knowledge and experience base, steady employee retention, rewards ambitious and self-motivated employees with career opportunities, challenging and interesting projects.
Cons
Uncompetitive pay and vacation rates, average benefits, workplace culture was better in the past, inconsistent enforcement of policies between departments. Some policies make Stantec look really stingy and that they don't trust their employees.
