If you like a big company that swallows you up, this is it.
Cons
- Clueless leadership, which for some reason doubles-up each regional position so you're not sure who exactly is a decision-maker. - Despite saying they are multi-disciplinary, Stantec is very much an engineering-led practice. If you are not a PE, you will not be promoted. - As a publicly-traded company, everything seems to hinge on money. - Very poor performance during Covid.
