No Creative Work, Poor Leadership - Interior Designer Stantec Employee Review

Leadership is not willing to let you shine, they want to control every process and be the main lead. Your career will not grow here. No creativity- this is a team that cares more about "getting things done" than doing things well. Projects are bad, working mostly on government jobs, industrial work, etc. If you are looking for local creative jobs- this isn't it. Not forward thinking- not willing to look at other ways of doing things, it's leaderships way or no way. Leadership picks favorites- they will get the "good" work. The rest of the team is pretty much left to figure things out themselves.
