Pros

+Probably the easiest job I've ever had. Hardly anyone goes to our location so we get paid to stand around for most of the day. +Benefits for part-timers.

Cons

-Management started giving me crap for not getting any plans for weeks after they started giving me an average of 14 hours a week with the shifts in the evenings (it's a low traffic store). And yes I genuinely tried to sell the Asurion plan with most of the customers. After the hour change for COVID kicked in, they gave the new hire literally all of my hours for months even though I've been their one-man team for the past year because they did a horrible job of trying to find bodies to hire and stay. Then after replacing me and putting me out of work, they have the nerve to give the new guy $11/hour while most of management makes sexual comments to my girlfriend or about my girlfriend when I'm not around. Oh yeah and one of them sleeps with another employee . All it takes is for me to go to HR and they're all screwed. Hmm maybe I should consider that. So I quit and ended up with a MUCH better job.

Pros

The location I worked at was very kind and accommodating.

Cons

They are forced to run a skeleton crew, Amazon returns bring in excessively angry people who do not buy things, too much emphasis on signing people up for the rewards program, balloons are coming
