Pros
Customers are very easy to work with, tasks given aren’t hard, if you’re a people person, you’ll love interacting with the customers and other associates in store
Cons
Management can become lackadaisical and this causes associates to not complete tasks at hand or pass the buck to the next person on shift. At times, associates know more and how to handle situations better than the managers, it’s hard to get a promotion as a good worker, you’re expected to work10 times harder when you’re up for a promotion, even though you may already be the hardest worker in the store already.
