My colleagues were the only reason I would have stayed at this job, eventually they couldn't make up for the terrible environment.
Cons
Staff were overworked and severely underpaid. During my year at this location, there were several incident reports which documented situations where employee safety was threatened, unfortunately, corporate did nothing about it. At least 3 of my colleagues were promised a higher wage during their interviews but we're given a significantly lower rate of pay on their offer letters. Some full-time supervisors were getting scheduled 20 hours per week.
