As a foreign hire(I live in MX and I'm working remotely) I must say that even the recruitment process was great, all the company is committed to help each other with great synergy, I been trough the training process to find out that every single task is meticulously explained and shared to everyone so if you don't know how to do some job activity you'll find the instructions to follow and achieve your objective. During the training it was a smooth tour of the core job position duty's and how to perform the activities, the products, relationships with other departments, and also a great explanation of the past, present and future of the company. Another pro is that everyone is eager to help, so if you have a problem you can always relay in your team and as well other departments because everyone works with the same mindset ... achieve a great customer experience. I also noticed that they have been working to provide a inclusive environment to all the employees.
