Too much micromanagement and toxicity - Server/Bartender Stars and Strikes Employee Review

The main problem here is that some of the managers are extreme micromanagers. Their constant need to be breathe over our shoulders creates a toxic work atmosphere where we feel annoyed and work inefficiently when they're around. These managers should be replaced because they aren't being useful at all.
