Pros
Awesome co-workers. Decent pay. Benefits are not terrible, but could be better. Bonuses were great. 401k... I have to have 20 words in this and can't think of anything else.
Cons
Micromanagement. High turnover. Working holidays and "non optional" overtime. Getting stuck with a terrible evening shift. Call center environment. You're never able to get work done, because calls are holding for 60, 70, or sometimes 90 minutes in the queue. I was never trained properly and had no clue how to do my job after "capstone training." (I had an EC lawsuit thrown at me and my manager and section manager had no idea how to handle it.) High stress. Almost impossible to get time off.
