Everything is changing so what are pros today will not be pros tomorrow
Cons
They do not value experience or tenure More concerned with workforce locations then with quality of employees or work Factory/production line/checklist mentality applied to complex claim handling More time and effort put into documenting the time and production of the employees then the actual work. Short sited handling of the customers which has resulted in lower satisfaction rating and will result in lower sales and higher customer turnover. Very slow to upgrade technology but quick to make wide sweeping changes that effect the employee and customers in a negative way. Over and over again this company has moved their offices only to find that none of the skilled employees will make the move
