Pros
Good health benefits and retirement benefits. They have a 401(k) and pension plan and multiple health benefit options. Not much else.
Cons
I took my position with the company to help people when the unexpected happens. Up until a year ago, I could do that without management harping on numbers. But in the last 18 months they have restructured the claims department and the processes are dictated by clearly incompetent people who haven't worked a claim in their life. Upper management happily wears their rose colored glasses that everything is going well and refuses to grow any kind of balls and advise the executives that certain aspects of EOM are not working. Also, good luck trying to get any time off...you have to schedule 6 months in advance and then you still don't get all the days you need. Their inventory levels are also completely ridiculous and unrealistic.
