Pros
None, this company has lost it's direction in the industry and has absolutely no respect or loyalty to long time dedicated employees who have gone above and beyond job responsibilities for years, to make sure customers are taken care of.
Cons
Tons of overtime and then told not to report it for pay, ILLEGAL but has gone on in the field for years. No work life balance Terrible leadership at the Corporate level Would never recommend employment. Years ago it was one of the greatest companies around and a great place to work. They have lost all direction and could care less about those that take care of customers and have given State Farm the Good Neighbor reputation. That reputation is swiftly going down the drain!
