Pros
Benefits are good. Point system was removed which was positive. They try to be flexible with time off but you also have to request your vacation/PTO 6mos to a year in advance.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations to manage excessive claims inventory of 280-300+ where average inventories with other insurance companies are around 150-175. Unable to keep talented and experienced employees who have left due to excessive inventories as well as being an unstable environment. Often difficult to get time off especially in summer and around holidays.
