Work Life balance is not something they actively work towards, we work long hours and Saturdays. They will move you across teams or change your supervisor at a moments notice. Building rapport with a supervisor is impossible when they change them every year. The turnover rate is high, they don’t hire enough people so we are constantly behind and have to work overtime relentlessly. The pay is below average for seasoned employees. Good luck trying to take your earned paid time off because they won’t approve it and the system for submitting PTO works against you when you have to know a year in advance when you want to take a vacation and they still likely won’t approve it.
