Pros

Benefits. Good people to work with but since we work from home, there is very little interaction with others and even when we were in the office even making eye contact with a teammate was frowned upon.

Cons

Managent is a bunch of clueless idiots. If there is away to make the job harder or more time consuming, they are all over it. They are constantly understaff, have been for decades. Can’t keep new employees. And wonder why there is so much turnover when it’s right in front of management’s face. Computer and phone are not working half the time, then without the proper tools to the job, they wonder what YOU are doing wrong. Negative environment, “coaching culture “ which is just some silly way of finding so Thing to not pick over and it’s a moving target. It’s a cookie cutter method to justify their sick culture and jobs. Constant stress, threats and intimidation and bullying by management. Mental and emotional abuse. Try to own you as much a they can. It’s a sick, miserable and insane culture. If you have any self respect, self esteem and confidence in yourself, you can do better. Go elsewhere!!!

Pros

(At the time) Fair pay and predictable bonus structure They were pretty good at covering travel expenses and paying them back quickly Diverse workforce & diversity initiatives Fun and funny coworkers Opportunities for growth Again, this was all four years ago and has likely changed

Cons

(At the time and now, according to other comments) Arrogant to a fault Total lack of innovation & willingness to innovate Odd attachment to the company's past (which prevents progress) High number of veterans (20+ years) who are determined to get that retirement money, and therefore, are resistant to change and technology Heavy reliance on command and control management style Poor decision-making that leads to losses of all kinds
