Pros

They are hiring more and more recently. They used to be a wonderful, caring company.

Cons

They have so positions open because the direction they are taking the company has hurt many of the employees who have worked for them the longest. The changes they are making effect employees' home life. The company no longer cares about their employees, only about making money and they will do whatever it takes to whoever they can to make it. It's being reflected in customer satisfaction but they refuse to acknowledge it. Bottom line: any company that has any respect or concern for their employees will see how well their employees want to treat and care for the customers in return. The opposite is also true - especially in this company's case.

Pros

(At the time) Fair pay and predictable bonus structure They were pretty good at covering travel expenses and paying them back quickly Diverse workforce & diversity initiatives Fun and funny coworkers Opportunities for growth Again, this was all four years ago and has likely changed

Cons

(At the time and now, according to other comments) Arrogant to a fault Total lack of innovation & willingness to innovate Odd attachment to the company's past (which prevents progress) High number of veterans (20+ years) who are determined to get that retirement money, and therefore, are resistant to change and technology Heavy reliance on command and control management style Poor decision-making that leads to losses of all kinds
