Pros
- Work/Life balance is very good in comparison to other places - Constant changes in the regulatory framework making the job interesting. - Various employees are there in the long term (over 10 years).
Cons
- Very difficult to move up the hierarhy. The award process is not always clear and can be unfair. Some people waited 8-9 years to obtain their first promotion. In other places, this is automatic depending on seniority. - Salary can be better
