      Pros

      There are lots of opportunites for growth within the company being that it is so large. The try to create a fun work environment and have quite a few employee appreciation events.

      Cons

      The salary is very low compared to industry averages. They could do a better job at paying for top talent. High turnover, which can create stress on those who stick around.

      Pros

      Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

      Cons

      No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.
